The Building Industry and Land Development Association of Greater Toronto
commits to green energy as part of its strategic plan
Toronto, September 4, 2007 — Bullfrog Power™, a leading Canadian provider of 100 per cent green electricity, today announced that the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) of the Greater Toronto Area has become bullfrogpowered, joining the growing list of Canadian businesses and organizations that are showing their support for the supply and development of clean renewable energy by agreeing to purchase green power for its headquarters.
As an industry association, BILD is working to improve quality of life for homebuyers and homeowners. And quality of life depends on a healthy environment. Member builders and renovators continuously look for innovations to make homes more environmentally friendly. BILD is also committed to improving the Greater Toronto Area through social initiatives like their ongoing work with Habitat for Humanity. Each year BILD is able to sponsor a house, as well as supporting the build with generous donations from members.
