Alberta-based environmental organization chooses green power
Calgary, February 13, 2008 — Bullfrog Power™, a leading Canadian provider of 100 per cent green electricity, today announced that Climate Change Central, an Alberta-based environmental organization, has become bullfrogpowered. Climate Change Central has agreed to purchase clean, renewable power for its Calgary and Edmonton offices, joining the growing list of Canadian businesses and organizations that are showing their support for the supply and development of green power.

Climate Change Central is an organization that is taking action on climate change. It aims to raise awareness and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Alberta by promoting partnerships between business, government and the environmental community. Two of the organization’s many programs include Biofleet, a biodiesel marketing development program helping to expand the Alberta biodiesel marketplace, and Carbon Offset Solutions, an information resource on the Alberta carbon market and climate change policy in Canada.
