Bernard Callebaut, a master craftsman chocolatier, brought that tradition to Canada, founding his first chocolate factory in Calgary, Alberta, in 1982. Since then, Bernard has won the admiration of chefs, authors, fellow chocolatiers and chocolate lovers around the globe for his gourmet chocolate creations. The business now has 34 stores across North America with a mix of corporate-owned and dealer operated locations.
